Bench Technician

Great Planes Avionics Services, Inc. is growing and looking for a self motivated avionics bench tech with a minimum of 5 years experience in Avionics bench repair/overhaul skills.  A previous Repairman's Certificate, FCC license is required.  Candidate must be proficient in repair and overhaul of various makes and models of Avionics equipment.

Avionics Technician/Installer

Great Planes Avionics Services, Inc. is looking for an Avionics Tech/Installer.  Candidate requires a minimum of 2 years Avionics installation experience.  The candidate must have the ability to read wiring drawings, build/install/terminate wire harness'.  Candidates should be familiar with altimeter, altitude reporting system, static system, and transponder system testing, troubleshooting and repair of various aircraft.  This candidate should also have good customer service, team work skills, and must work well with others.  Avionics Associates degree or A&P license preferred.
